From now until June, the “Xibai” coffee lounge at the Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel in Macau will feature a seasonally-recognized menu to guide guests through a delicious Japanese food tour.

Entering the “Xibai” coffee lounge is like walking into a modern and fashionable space with a tropical atmosphere. It is surrounded by a natural light-filled atrium, surrounded by lush tropical plants, and you are immersed in a relaxed atmosphere.

The refurbished “Xibai” introduces an all-day dining concept, from rich breakfast to late-night drinks, to meet the different needs of guests. Recently, “Xibai” launched the season-limited taste tour menu, which led guests to visit Japan with taste buds. The limited-time selection includes a variety of fresh sashimi, flavored rolls, Japanese squid rice, spicy lemon garlic sauce, lobster, and oysters made with bacon, octopus, soba noodles, shallots and squid slices.

Food and wine, the lounge has carefully prepared a variety of elegant sake and special drinks, allowing guests to mix and match a variety of dishes, including sake Martini, Tokyo night (Asahi beer, lemon juice and syrup) and floating Tokyo Wait.
