Meituan Review released the “2020 Black Pearl Restaurant Guide” (hereinafter referred to as “2020 Black Pearl”), which is the third year since “Black Pearl Restaurant Guide” was released. The awards ceremony was held recently at the Sands City Theatre in Macau.
“2020 Black Pearl” has a total of 309 quality restaurants selected, covering 22 cities including Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Macau, and Hangzhou, and 5 overseas cities including Tokyo, New York, and Paris. Among the 309 black pearl restaurants, there are 16 three-diamond restaurants with the highest grade, “must eat once in a lifetime”, 78 two-diamond restaurants with “must-eat anniversary”, and 215 one-diamond restaurants with “must-eat dinner”. The per capita consumer price of the high-quality 2020 Black Pearl Restaurant is 823 yuan.
A total of 15 restaurants in Macau have been honored.
Four restaurants under the Sands Resorts Macau were re-recognized. Among them, the Venetian Macao’s ” The Golden Peacock” and the Parisian Macao’s ” La Chine” both won the honor of the second diamond restaurant, and the Four Seasons Hotel Macau ” Zi Yat Heen” was once again named a diamond restaurant. In addition, the “Lotus Palace” of the Parisian Macao won the first diamond restaurant.
Four restaurants under Melco Crown Entertainment include ” Jade Dragon” (three diamond restaurants), ” The Tasting Room” (two diamond restaurants), ” Shinji Kanesaka” (one diamond restaurant) and “Yi” (one diamond restaurant).
“Golden Flower” in Wynn Macau won one diamond, and “Wing Lei Palace” in Wynn Palace won two diamonds.
Grand Lisboa Hotel has three restaurants on the list, ” Robuchon au Dôme” won three diamonds, ” The Kitchen” won one diamond, and ” The 8 Restaurant” won one diamond. ” Tim’s Kitchen” at Lisboa Hotel won a diamond.
” Xie Cheng Seafood & Hotpot Restaurant (Qiguan Shop)” won a diamond, which is the only Macau restaurant on the list other than hotels.
